How To Get Started:

1. Labs
We require labs tests before starting therapy, such as Total Testosterone Level, Free Testosterone, SHBG, Estradiol, PSA, CBC, Lipid Panel, FSH, and LH.
We offer in-house lab draws during the week. This will be out of pocket cost, starting at $150. Click here to schedule your lab draw with us. We can also send you to Quest Diagnostics or LapCorp to get your labs drawn. Insurance coverage may vary. It is the patient’s responsibility to call and ask your insurance for the cost.

2. Consultation with Physician
Once we have your lab results, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a consultation with the doctor to discuss lab results and treatment plan. The consultation can be done in person at our office or as a telemedicine video call. Just let us know which one you prefer. The initial consultation with the physician is $250.

3. Start Your Treatment Plan
Time to get you feeling better! Once the physician prescribe you the medication, the medication can be sent straight to your home or you can come into the office for injections. The medication is given once a week as an intramuscular injection.
$250/month - Includes personalized care, medication, supplies, and follow up appointments with the physician.
