Tirzepatide is a GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptor and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist. Tirzepatide acts on two hunger receptors. How To Get Started:

1. Labs
We require basic labs, such as CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel, Fasting Blood Glucose, and A1C, so our physician has a comprehensive understanding of your health status. If you have labs done by your primary care provider within the past 6 months, please send us the results here to infuseshalimar@gmail.com.
If you do not have recent bloodwork done, we offer in-house lab draws for an out-of-pocket cost of $125. These labs require you to be fasting. Click here to schedule your lab draw with us.

2. Consultation with Physician
Once we have your lab results, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a consultation with the physician to discuss lab results and treatment plan. The consultation can be done in person at our office or as a telemedicine video call. Just let us know which one you prefer. The initial consultation is $150. Your follow up visits are included in the monthly cost.
Telemedicine is available anywhere in Florida.

3. Start Your Treatment Plan
Now it’s time to start shedding the weight! The medication can be sent straight to your home. The medication is administered once a week as a subcutaneous injection, just like insulin injections. We also offer in-office injections for those who live in the area, free of charge. We have offices located in Shalimar, Destin, and Niceville.
